Conditions of participation for Facebook & Instagram competitions

Persons resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Düring AG as well as persons or companies commissioned by Düring AG and their employees are not eligible to participate.

In order to participate in the online competition, you must either submit a comment and/or correctly answer the question posed in the competition. Only one comment or answer per person is permitted.

Participation in the prize draw is in any case independent of an order or purchase. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Cash payments, changes or exchanges are excluded. The legal process is excluded.

The period for participation in the competition as well as the number and content of the prizes depend on the information in the respective competition. Comments or answers received late will not be considered.

The winners will be drawn at random from the participants or from the participants with the correct answer during and after the communicated competition period. In the case of competitions in which the creativity of the comments or entries is decisive, the winners will be determined by the durgol social media editorial team, unless otherwise stated.

Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram and are requested to contact us via private message on Facebook or Instagram within 5 days of durgol sending the prize notification. If the prize notification cannot be delivered, if a winner cannot be reached or if the winner does not contact durgol within 5 days of sending the prize notification with the complete information requested, the right to the prize will lapse without further compensation. The address data of the winners will be used solely for the purpose of dispatching the prize by a dispatch service provider.

By participating, each participating person transfers all rights to the use and publication of the texts written by him/her in the context of the competition or submitted images and other creative contributions to Düring AG fully, unconditionally and free of third party rights.

The competitions are not organised, sponsored or otherwise endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
